3.3. All tutoring arrangements, including scheduling, content, and conduct, are between the student, parent, and tutor. We provide the platform and tools for communication and payment but are not party to individual tutoring agreements.
 

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1. All payments must be made by the parent or legal guardian.
4.2. Prices for tutoring sessions are displayed on our Services and may vary by tutor, subject, or session type.
4.3. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the policies of the individual tutor unless otherwise stated. Parents are responsible for reviewing refund and cancellation policies before booking sessions.
