How do I get matched with a tutor?

Just fill out the “Find a Tutor” form. We’ll match you with the best available tutor based on subject, year group, and your goals. You’ll receive a confirmation once a tutor is assigned.

How long does it take to find a tutor?

Most matches are completed within 2-3 Days.
If your subject is highly specialized, it may take a little longer — but we’ll keep you updated.

How much do lessons cost?

All lessons are £30 per hour, with no hidden fees.
You only pay for the sessions you book.

How do I pay for lessons?

Payments are made through a secure Stripe link we send after matching you with a tutor. This means no login or account is required. Payments are monthly. First lesson with your tutor is free

Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

Yes. Just contact us with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged for that session.

Are the lessons online?

Yes. All lessons take place online via video call (Usually Zoom, Google Meet, or the tutor’s preferred platform). This gives flexibility and makes scheduling easier.

What if the tutor isn’t the right fit?

No problem. If the first tutor isn’t a good match, we’ll pair you with someone else — free of charge. Parent and student satisfaction is a priority.

Do your tutors have experience?

Yes. All tutors go through an application process where we check their subject knowledge, communication skills, and reliability. Many teach GCSE and A-Level subjects regularly.
